*UGH* Finally finished....
I have no clue how many hours this thing took, much too long. I re-draw some parts and that made it take even longer. But yeah I finally have a nice reference for this guy. :D
I first created this character over 7 years ago already...

The long fins on the side of Chakee's face make him look like he has the ears of a Cinderace from Pokemon Sword and Shield. I'm not saying that to be mean,BTW. It was just an observation.
