Who is the real beauty there...?




I got the inspiration for this while we were shopping and my mum bought some really pretty orchids. :)
The reference for the orchid there was one the bought ones. Everything there is drawn and shaded with the brush tool in PS CS 2 by hand using my Wacom Graphire 4 tablet.
:)

Maybe you are able to tell me what kind of orchid that is??

EDIT: So from what I have found out until now it seems to be a Phalaenopsis hybrid called Fantastic Stripe

It looks like a "Vanda sanderiana orchid" i'm not 100% sure. Fantastic image however i love the colours used and the little dragon. :+favlove:

I can't tell what type of orchid it is, but the sheer details on it are a sight to behold. Nicely done, too. That must have taken a long time, especially when drawing it on a Wacom.
